You should schedule your fundraiser at least 3 to 4 months in advance to secure your flowers. We try our best to accommodate last-minute inquiries, but booking early will save your spot on our events calendar.
We welcome any group that is looking to raise money to join our fundraising events and work with us. We typically work with schools, sports teams, marching bands, churches, and other nonprofit organizations. If you are interested in raising funds for your Dayton community, contact us, and we would love to learn more about your group and your goals.
Yes! The majority of the Dayton groups we work with participate in both fundraiser events every year.
The amount of money you can raise for your community through our flower fundraisers is based on the amount of participation you receive. We believe that flower fundraiser events are the easiest way to raise money because flowers are something people are already going to spend money on, and people don’t see purchasing plants as a wasteful product. You can also increase your funds by using marketing materials and leaning on your community connections. We provide materials that you can email, pass out, and hang up to spread the word about your fundraiser.
Once you have completed taking orders, you will submit your order sheets to us, and we will prepare your flowers for delivery. Once we deliver the flowers to you, you will need to have 3 to 6 volunteers to help on a pickup day. These volunteers will talk to customers and check off orders. We will give you everything you need to have a successful pickup day and give you tips on how to arrange your pickup area.
